Your email address. When you sign up for our mailing list, you voluntarily provide us your name and email address. We collect this information via Mailchimp and Squarespace. We will process this information to continue to send you information about our brand.
Any inputed onto a contact form (like your first and last name, email address, project details and budget, and anything else you include on the form). When you fill out and then submit the form, you voluntarily provide us this information. We collect this information via Squarespace. We will process this information in order to prepare for any upcoming appointment with you, provide an accurate quote, or to move onto the next steps of your project.
Information that we automatically collect:
Squarespace and Google analytics collects certain bits of information (like cookies, your approximate general location (city, state, country) based on your IP address, etc.) automatically in order to provide us with our website analytics. There is no personal identifying information collected, and we only use this information to see how well certain content is doing and how many people (and from where) are visiting our website.
How we protect your information
We do our best to protect your sensitive personal information. We protect it by partnering with PayPal and Stripe to securely process and store your credit card information and by partnering with Squarespace so our security is as up to date as possible.
Why we collect it, how we share it, and how long we keep it
We collect this information so that we can better serve you by creating content and products that you love. The information collected is only shared with others when we share it with our trusted third-party partners when necessary to serve you. We will keep your data for no longer than is necessary.
